PureRok posted:So, I just did the 3 quests inside Insomnia (I don't know if you guys are still spoiling things). How close am I to the end of the game? So did I, but now I can't find the entrance to the base to turn them in.

You are so close to the end that you could literally walk right up to it.

I assume Comrades is a ghost town? I'm not sure I 'get' the story of FFXV. I do appreciate killing someone then killing yourself so you can go to the afterlife and kill him again. That's taking a grudge to the next level. The Lone Badger fucked around with this message at 13:28 on Apr 27, 2018 |

Looks like Asetoni has been playing around with Apocalypse some more and got some damage going. Like, 1-2 shot boss damage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPNIUPFVSpI

Finished the game, will probably go back to pick at the bones of post-game content and whatever side-missions I deem tolerable. I enjoyed the game overall, but it is definitely a product that is greater than the sum of its parts. That is to say, you can look at almost any individual aspect of the game's design or narrative and find profound problems. It is however still a better situation than FF13, which I found to be concentrated poison in every respect. I am curious to see if Square is ever again capable of producing a flagship FF game without letting it spend a decade in development hell.

Didn't the sequels to FF13 come out pretty timely? Or did it just seem like it because i didn't care about them?

They must have come out timely in your mind because this thread will never ever stop talking about FF13
