Have this on PC and want to play with some friends, and keep getting NAT issues. What’s the trick? I’ve found a few different lists of ports to forward but none of them seemed to work.

NAT issues only matter with Zombies. Regular MP and Blackout use dedicated servers.

They can stop you from forming parties with people who also have moderate/strict NATs. So they are a problem. If the host is "Open" then everyone can join on him, but say you want to duo and both of you have issues, you can't Duo together.
