Firstly, bra-loving-vo AA. Take a bow my friend. Secondly, xiw you did a great job as last scum standing, hope you play more in the future. The setup: 13 town 4 scum 2 3P, a serial killer and a survivor who would probably have become town There was no cop, the only investigative role was tracker. Tracker was intended to be weakened by multiple redirects, scum ninja and AA’s paperboy role (shows as an action but has no effect) Multiple town redirects because I’m a fan of pointless misdirection, something reflected in the day actions which did virtually nothing. This led to some headaches resolving actions. Town and scum each had a messenger for symmetry, but also because they were supposed to provide the message to the mod and I would give them to each other, effectively setting up an unconfirmed masonry by post. Then you went and killed CubicalSucrose D1 and I just letcHal message whomever he wanted, who was always AA. Protective roles were the doc, babysitter and multiple roleblocks. Doc had to visit on second night to cure poison, which happened when Monathin self-drove himself into a doc visit. Babysitter couldn’t cure. The Gunsmith/Legendary Gunsmith thing was a reference to TPP having multiple gunsmith specialisations and multiple missions where you recruit the “Legendary” Gunsmith who turns out to be anything but. I was originally planning on having half the game be Legendary Gunsmith VTs before I decided to go with role madness. GX’s role was phrased in such a way as to not allow imgay to become confirmed town by claiming town Gunsmith/Backup. A scum backup sounds like an interesting idea which I’d toy around with in future games. I liked the way Caroline babysat as an offensive rather than defensive role, except that she protected Bif twice  There was probably one too many roleblock abilities in the setup. I like the mason-block (quasi jail) role; the bus driver probably didn’t need the added blocking. On paper I don’t think the scum were underpowered, but they could have used better cover/claim roles. I ran this practically on my phone and started right before I went on holidays, contributing to multiple mod slops on my part. The funniest of which was sending Toal’s role to Yami by mistake. Thanks Yami for not letting it out of the bag! I think this setup was idiotic and probably broken but I don’t think it favoured any team in particular. Moat’s one-shot could have made one night a bloodbath, and Tomm was super incredibly unlucky with his targets getting protected. The day events were just a means to try and generate participation/discussion. The song vote determined the order of the days 2-4 events. I think the only effects were Mona and Tomm couldn’t post for s couple of hours one day because they were staring at Quiet, and imgay temporarily unvoted in the slippery gun event. Oh also I guess the last thing but that was more the game needed to end rather than a planned event. The burger thing was just to see who is scum IRL (Toalpaz, for suggesting banana goes on a burger).

I'm glad you came back to Mafia after all, revolver. Also lol Toal you didnt need to apologize but in the masonry chat while waiting for the final post I was sure you were celebrating your victory. Having two busdrivers puts them at each other's throat I guess!

This is unironically the luckiest I've ever lucked out in a Mafia game. But also I think I did really good, too! I helped put the screws to Moat, backed up Revolver where appropriate (and it wasn't just blind faith, the fact that Bif didn't really talk into the Moat vote did in fact stick in my craw), and then used those + my gut check of feeling Hal was lurking scum to nail them. Remember friends: Always analyse voting patterns!
