I don't think you can blame Mahomes for putting up 40 and still losing, honestly. Andy Reid has put up 40+ points on the Patriots in the last three regular season meetings. I'm pretty sure the Chiefs are the only team to do that, period, in the same span.

I have never felt this good about a Chiefs loss. This kid is going to be our QB for the next 10 years, and he is really, really good. It is so hard to get a franchise QB, and Kansas City finally got one.
