trolling aside, the current Raptors would stand no chance against an injury-free GSW just like any other in the team in the league currently. But I think the Raptors can continue to improve throughout the season. I don't know if that means CJ Miles will actually start hitting shots, or if Lowry can stop being so streaky or JV can get better at defence, but it seems like there's room for improvement that can actually be achieved during the season, which is good.

The NBA kinda blows the past few years for any sort of parity. GSW full strength is such a ridiculous stacked squad that there isnt a single team in the league, east or west, that comes close to their talent level. Its not the Raps are only "east good" this year (they can compete with the good east and west teams, minus GSW), its that GSW is above the east and the west and in their own league. Now, if Durant stays shook-bitch-mode , or him and/or steph are injured in the playoffs, who knows what will happen. Otherwise GSW in 4 or maybe 5 games against any team in the league.

I'm still upset that KD went to the warriors. Has there ever in the history of pro sports been a top 5 player that signed with the #1 team? The #1 team that retained all its other main talent too? Its like if loving Barkley or Shaq signed with Jordan on the Bulls in 95

Stan van Gundy says the Heat will be okay once the team is at full health. Also the Rockets are still an elite team when both Harden and Paul are on the floor. Basically injuries suck. This is a pretty clever way to give Knight a little time to learn the offense at game speed before fully joining the Rockets. I feel like, even though he had fallen off last time I saw him, that he's sitll better than MCW.
