It'd help if he got more than 1 or 2 WS in a season. Old overrated players are able to get into ASGs with numbers like that more easily.

I always respected Marvin Lewis for being good a decent amount of the time while also being GM, not because he was power hungry but because his owner was too cheap to hire two guys, a skeleton crew of staff, and almost no prospect of signing big free agents

edit: ill just point out that not only is he averaging 33.3 points a game, he has a higher TS% than any other season except 2011/2012. He's scoring more AND scoring more efficiently.
