JOINING THE SA FORUMS WILL REMOVE THIS BIG AD, THE ANNOYING UNDERLINED ADS, AND STUPID INTERSTITIAL ADS!!!

You can: log in, read the tech support FAQ, or request your lost password. This dumb message (and those ads) will appear on every screen until you register! Get rid of this crap by registering your own SA Forums Account and joining roughly 150,000 Goons, for the one-time price of $9.95! We charge money because it costs us money per month for bills, and since we don't believe in showing ads to our users, we try to make the money back through forum registrations.

I'm with an MSP and we recently migrated a client from Office 365 to an onsite exchange server.

When a user tried to reply to a mail message with another address from the migrated domain, the mail is bounced back for that address.

Is there a setting on the exchange server that needs to be added so that old mail doesn't wind up mishandled like this? Our current workaround is telling the users to erase and re-add the addresses but if there's a way to automate that it would save us a lot of headaches. Looking online I've found articles that talk about changes to make following a transition from onsite to Office365 but not the other way around.
