This happens to me all the time while humpin you’re mom Do drink a shitload of water Don’t see a chiropractor, if you want to crack your back just sit in a chair and twist your torso until you feel the snap crackle pop Do the exercise where you get on hands and knees like doggy style and then lift one arm like you’re pointing and kick the opposite leg straight back. Then do the other side. I leArned this when I went to an actual doctor. Do Ice, heat, and ibuprofen. It will take a week or more to heal. It’s just a muscle spasm and it sucks but you’ll survive, probably.
