i have some monthly ones like painting, reading a new book, go to synagogue at least once. get a new job lose 3 inches from waist (starting from 40) get a dog complete a machine learning project complete a data visualization project build one robot changing drinking habit to literally only socially have sex with a woman finish a fanfiction i started be more direct when i talk about my feelings and the boundaries i need from people squat 200lbs (at 130) get rid of cc debt (1,300)

The past month I've been going to my old MMA gym just to watch to try to motivate me. In a few days I'm going to sign back up for kickboxing and BJJ and learn how to get punched in the face. I'm afraid of it and there's no way to learn than to get punched! Also I don't want to be a sad fat sack of poo poo and that should help get me out of the house and interact with other humans.
