That's something I have planned!! I started making little trading cards at some point and a few people requested that, and I already know how to read tarot so yeah it'd be cool and I want to. I think I might get weird with it and make up my own suits + cards + meanings though. like instead of a 3 of cups you'd have a 3 of moons and it would be a lil landscape with 3 moons

I love the complete Mario theme going on on the bottom, you got Dr.Mario pills, a 1UP mushroom, some mushroom houses, some pipes. Yup very Mario. You even got a Wiggler that appears to be playing a guitar.

oo. good ideas. buildings phasing through each other seems awfully difficult to draw, but the angles, spikes, curves and vegetation are all reasonable to implement.

It's very common in this job, the drawing may be good, but not exactly what the client is looking for. Everything is pretty much greyscale until all of the buildings are fully drawn as I like to play with the details and lighting after the entire composition is finished. And yeah, I love making little stories about what's going on in the background. I'll even put tiny narratives going on in the windows and come up for stories about background characters even if they end up being invisible in the final project. Nowadays I'm always working on a deadline so I have to limit that stuff even though it's the most fun.
