There's actually a mention in DS9 apparently where there's not a lot more new human culture being made when everyone's gotten into translating alien media. See Garak and Bashir's interspecies cultural exchange. Voyager at least tried a bit with Flotter T Water.

Flotter is clearly made by an alien species that despises the parents of children. There is a industry of people putting out Holodeck programs, we see the Doctor writing one and it being stolen by the publisher, but its literally just a work simulator. I doubt anyones writing any speculative fiction.
