  • Sasha Banks (C) defends her title in a rematch against former Champ Bayley, with the angle being that Sasha ALWAYS fails to defend her title. This is the best (and possibly only) reason to watch this show.
  • Otis faces Seth Rollins in a qualifying match for the Smackdown Men's Survivor Series team.
  • Rey Mysterio faces Baron Corbin in a qualifying match for the Smackdown Men's Survivor Series team.
  • Presumably something will happen with Roman Reigns and Jey Uso tonight? It's not advertised. Nor the status of Daniel Bryan.
  • President-Elect Joe Biden is apparently holding a press conference at 8pm so Smackdown may possibly be pre-empted, moved to FS2 (Nascar is on FS1) or just delayed entirely. This could lead to a historic low rating, if the show airs (in America) at all tonight.
