op are you 100% sure this was a dream? sometimes seeing celebrities or old friends are a tip-off that you’re dreaming. were there celebrities or old friends in your bathroom? |

Ok guys, now for the real dream(s): I tried laying on my back as that yields results normally, like flying and sleep paralysis, but sadly it was not to be. I dreamt I was digging up a roof with a JCB/excavator! Those shingles did fly, but underneath was earth? So I have no idea how houses work. There was of course the inescapable dread monster that I never see, but is always close. Still not got me! Then things got awkward and tense with an ex-girlfriend but the cat woke me up before I could disgrace myself. Anyone else want to share or has tips for dreaming benders? |

If you can't get it in pill form, you can let your body do the synthesizing and eat a bunch of aged cheese or turkey or other tryptophan containing foods with a bunch of carbs so your guts go "mmm carbs!" and ignore the amino acids long enough for them to form delicious -tonins. |

an endless building i'm wandering through it aimlessly find an arcade play some sort of game before being dragged away by a woman who i don't know yet who is familiar she pulls me through crowds and i notice some women peel off from said crowds and follow us i'm being pulled down a set of stairs into darkness and i finally recognize all these women as ex girlfriends i ask "are you going to kill me?" but then i wake up
