I'll be the healthy goon (lol) for once and say that overnight steel cut oats are really loving good 1 cup steel cut oats not that quick cooking rolled oats bullshit 2 cups of your preferred liquid - dairy milk, almond milk, dr pepper, whatever Cinnamon to taste Maybe some peanut butter Put it in a container and leave in fridge for 24 hours It will be chewy but a little time in the microwave will soften it it will keep for a week in the fridge so make as much as you want add some almonds, cherries, etc

I just thought of a cereal I haven't had since a kid that was pretty good. I can't remember what they were called though  Think whole wheat Cheerios with the 'hole' stuffed with 3 little round granules of slightly differing size. To bind it, it was 'glazed' in that way Cheerios are, but slightly moreso, and I think the glaze flavor was supposed to be about 1/2 strength apple cinnamon. poo poo. I know I looked for them maybe a year, two ago and didn't see them. I know they still make them they're just no where near as ubiquitous as the 90s. Guys?
