My wife and I were in New Mexico late last year and stopped at a grocery store to get a few things. The lines to checkout were all really long and as we're waiting we struck up a conversation with a very nice man in front of us in line. He had a small dog with him similar to ours and seemed very nice. We talked for a minute or two and I needed to go to the bathroom so I excused myself. When I returned, the conversation had devolved into a very one sided argument about...well...I'm not exactly sure what. He was clearly off his medication, talking about living in the woods, being watched and not having a drivers license because the government can track you that way and that sort of thing. Continued all the way to checkout with us just politely nodding in an attempt to get him to stop his screed before he finished and left. What I'm saying is that anyone who spends a few minutes with my wife will lose their sanity. E: worst snipe ever? Maybe.
