i eat lunch then i fall asleep for a few mins a little bit later. sitting in my computer chair, reading chair, or even outside on a bench, im going to take a brief nap no matter what. cant be avoided. its natural. its healthy. it feels good. its that easy.

Lunch breaks should be two hours so you have time for a 90 minute nap after eating.

got home with my big bag of McD. DQPC, 10x SPicy Nuggy, medium fry. Poured myself a BIG GLASS of cucumber water. So refreshing. Ate that poo poo. 1.4k calories. "drat that was heavy" pass out sitting up on the couch for 80 mins, have a nightmare that my ears wont pop. hosed up

and now we're here. still not being productive. "nice nap"

I have a juicer. Should I �juice� a cucumber by itself to make this mysterious cucumber water? I usually add it to stuff, but never had it by itself.

no you slice up a cucumber dump it in a pitcher then fill it with water and let it marinate in the fridge
