now that i have a mighty workforce that looks to me as their stalwart and godly leader, it is incumbent upon me to make sure everything i do is as correct as possible.

to that end, it is necessary for me to know how to correctly pluralize terms, but no style guide can be found, no best practices webinar, not even one random indian dude's blog will tell me the answers i seek.
