I'm looking for a popular Euro anthem style song, probably from the '90s. It seems to get played at sporting events, probably meant for soccer. I don't recall any lyrics other than a crowd going "aaaah" at different pitches and durations. It's not the "Ole" song.

I burned this to a mix cd about 6 years ago and then lost it and have been trying to find out the composer for a long time, I found the cd today but of course all it shows up as is "track 01" All I can remember is the composers name was Russian looking but he isn't one of the big name composers as far as I can remember.

Heres the mp3

one night when I was staying late at worl, I heard what I believe was the best song ever. the only problem is, it was in Polish. at least I think it was Polish; if not, it was something similar-sounding. anyway, it was a polka-esque station it was playing on, and the talking and all the music was in Polish, and thus I couldn't hear the name of the song. here's what I remember about it:

-it was sung by a woman whose age is hard to guess (not very young or very old)
-the chorus was basically this woman singing "sho sho sho sho!" as happily as humanly possible. obviously, I don't think the word was "sho", but that's what it sounded like to me. it sounded as if the words were each a consecutive descending note.

PLEASE someone know this song...!

Heard something the other day which was a version of "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music, plus a drum loop, plus sax noodling. Or something like that. Googling for My Favorite Things turns up nothing of use. Anyone able to pick it out of my vague description?

There was a music video I saw several years ago. It was electronic music, and the video featured an animal or alien that was caged in a science lab. I think it was done in CG for the most part. The creature escapes and runs down a snowy hill, and I think they chase it with a helicopter. Anyone know what I'm referring to?

I don't know about the drum loop but John Coltrane did an extremely famous jazz version of My Favorite Things.

There's a version of My Favorite Things with a drum loop off Andre 3000's half of Speakerboxxx/The Love Below by OutKast. I can't recall if there's a saxophone.

I saw a music video, could have been for a popular song that had the musician walking through a classroom that started off with young kids in it, but then it showed adult/teen counterparts for the kids, some of them in relationships and making out. At the end it shows them as kids again.

I thought the video was interesting but don't remember what it was for.

I'm looking for a song that was posted a long long time ago in a thread about really good bassists.

All I remember is that there was a youtube link to the guys music video and he was sitting on a stool playing his bass alone and singing. While he was singing certain words would be written out on the screen, and that's all I remember.

I also remember that his lyrics were a bit mediocre, but his bass playing was superb.

I heard a song before a concert that would probably be classified as hip hop or rap. There are four bass drum beats at a normal 4/4 beat and then a snap instead of a snare. At some parts the bass drum hits four times in a row. There are female vocals throughout the song and a male that comes in after maybe two female verses. That's pretty vague but it's all I remember.

Can anyone try to identify the "clown's tune" that is being used here (i.e. the wordless melody--not the part performed by Aznavour)?

hint: This is from the French-themed episode, of Russia's Ice Age(skating with the stars), so it should be of French origin.

edit2: The performance starts at 2:00 minutes in.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone, but it's none of those things. I'm fairly certain it was a female singer singing some slow (and very unremarkable) pop song, I saw it on a Cruise Ship's music video station around the same time the Backstreet Boys had started getting popular because I remember seeing one of their first videos on that channel, so it was probably new around then.

I don't really remember it being good, it just always bugged me because I recognized other things on the station and can't remember what that song was.

I'm looking for a song that featured on the OC years ago.

Typical indie ballad, probably bittersweet chord progression.

Lyrics had something along the lines of a 'joker juggling your heart'.

I've looked far and wide, and if you can get this I'll be ETERNALLY thankful.

Hi internet,
I am trying to find this reggae / ska song for some time now. The chorus goes like "Rudie's dead, Rudie's dead and gone", sung in a sad tone by a woman. Got it stuck in my head for weeks! Any reggae heads out there able to help?

Ok, just a shot in the dark here, but:
Just saw the music video for this song about a week ago. It's a band performing on a stage (I know, not very helpful). It has a very minimalist sound, and each verse starts with the singer giving this quick shout/wail and the one of the verses might be something like: she's always wanting, or she's always something, or she's onto something. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about.

I'm looking for an Irish Punk song in the vein of Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys. I don't think it is either of those bands, since I've listened to every studio album they've produced in the hope of finding this song. There's a small chance that I may have not noticed the song, or missed the album. There's a line in it that is, or at least sounds similar enough to be mistaken for "I see the world in your eyes." There's a distorted guitar riff in it that sounds like this: http://www.fileden.com/files/18968/world%20in%20your%20eyes.mp3. Any ideas?

It could be 'Rudy's Dead', by Little Grant and Eddie. I think there's a few cover versions floating around too.

I'm looking for a song and where a bit of dialog is from, both are sampled by amon tobin, one in the song easy muffin, a girl throughout the second half of the song repeatedly says "oodles of sparkling bells" I'm pretty sure i've heard that in a movie before too. The second is a guitar sampled from an unknown source in the song slowly, it's pretty obvious too (what i'm talking about), because there's only one guitar in the whole song.

Do you find something comical about my appearance when I'm driving my automobile?
I'm trying to find a song from the 90s. The lyrics are spoken by a singer, the arrangement is very sparse, and it features a sample of someone singing something that I can't make out. I hear it on store radio systems occasionally, but I can't figure out what it is. I assume that the drums are from a drum machine.

The one lyric I can remember goes something like "Drive away and don't ask where to go." It isn't the exact wording, but no amount of trying to search on the internet is being fruitful.

One final tidbit - the chorus is just the singer going "doo do doo doo doo do doo, doo do doo doo doo do doo." I hope that helps.

My girlfriend wants me to find a song, but she is giving me very little to work with. I don't expect anyone to be able to find it, but it's worth a shot. The only lyrics she can give me are "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." She says it is a female singer with a band that sounds similar to Flyleaf. If anyone can find it that would be great, I've spent about an hour looking already, but those lyrics make it impossible.
