I guess the exception would be #1 with no money or low budget, they'd probably buy something like this. Besides where is the country that makes custom jeep taxis? Singapore? I've seen some microhummers there before. Bad business idea, but it is certainly unique and unlike many other kit's, it's actually drivable. Besides you can get a project HMMWV for 15k, and a early model year H1 or working m998 for about 20k that needs a bit of TLC.
