Did I read that right? "Heidecker and Wareheim have been busy taping The Awesome Show's 20-episode third season on Adult Swim " There are TWENTY episodes this season?

If there's any one thing Tim and Eric parody perfectly it's low-quality local television. The jazz bits were amazing.

i just noticed that the instruments they used in those jazz segments were made by cinco. also, that child clown on the bike was in the first season as one of the contestants for the uncle muscles grand championship. really freakin excellent episode all around.

after watching it again, the best part is how david liebe hart's bluetooth earpiece goes off for his dramatic appearance. I always wondered if that thing actually worked.

Anyone who considers themselves a fan of Tim and Eric deserves to check this out: http://blogs.villagevoice.com/music/archives/2008/07/tim_heidecker_a.php That was interesting and I'm hoping that they include "Getting it Done with Richard Dunn" on the next DVD. This episode gives me even more reasons to love Bill Hader. Edit: I just read the interview that muscles like this? quoted above me and I have to laugh at this quote, talking about DLH and how they work with him on the show: quote:Those were his puppets. And when he comes and complains that his puppet is missing a shoe, our role in that is to say "the puppet doesn't need a shoe." And that's our involvement. I don't think they were in on the joke which made it that much better. It appeared that Eric was playing the drums, but that Tim was not actually playing the horn. Sometimes, when it was really bad, I thought he was. Things like the joke being on those other musicians is another layer of hilarity that makes me really love this show.

Maybe it was just my mood, but I thought this was one of the best episodes yet. Bill Hader's facial expressions had me rolling. It kind've felt like a "best of" show, every character made an appearance. My favorite part has to be Wayne Skylar's expression after Jan stakes her claim to his "bone."

I just can't get over the fact that everything David Leibe does is pretty much him being himself. Each different species of alien has it's own special purpose to remind you to do something mundane, like drink milk. It is a wholesome, innocent sort of crazy.
