The track listing from Phantom on the Horizon was released from the guys in the band, and is as follows.

Chapter 1: Introverting Dimensions
Chapter 2: A Strange Conversation
Chapter 3: Nostalgic Mannerisms
Chapter 4: Enter the Black Demon
Chapter 5: The Walls Bled Lust

Now everyone knows A Man A Plan A Canal, Panama was part 8 and Semi-Fiction was part 6 so it looks like 7 is missing somehow.

You can pre-order the album to be shipped on the 5th of December here.

And here is the cover art.

Wasn't Macauly Caulkin on the demos too, so maybe that is part 7? Either way I can't wait to hear the demos fleshed out with some decent production.

A little late, but that show is here (Baltimore) tonight and we (Surroundings) are playing it. Annihilation Time loving rules.

Went last night. The sound is Brixton was horrible as usual and I didn't think much of Four Year Strong and Set Your Goals live (missed CIS). New Found Glory were pretty good but my god, the setlist feels like it never changes. The cover of 'No Reason Why' by Gorilla Biscuits was sick though!

I missed the first couple if CIS songs, but the part of the set I did see was pretty good. I do like them, but have never really listened to them that much.

I really enjoyed Four Year Strong, though didnt really see the point of the synth guy, since it could barely be heard and apart from that he did a few vocal parts but nothing much.

Set Your Goals were awesome, pure and simple, just fun music to sing along to with your friends.

Then came NFG, who I'm not too into but I went into the pit for because my friends are into them. Their set seemed to just go on forever, though that may be because I only really know the singles.
They got some dude up on stage who had been to every show of the tour and played a couple of songs he requested, which was pretty cool.

Four Year Strong just seemed to be terrible generic hardcore with a synth guy that tried desperately to be cool to me.
But hey you know what
Maybe I was jaded because I was waiting for the Bouncing Souls to come on and they could've been rad as gently caress and I would've screamed at them.

Glassjaw are streaming a studio version of John Lennon on their site and now I'm all excited for the album again.

You have to sit and listen to the drum loop for a while. I have an mp3 of the stream, but i dunno how that fits in with the :filez: rule.

I don't know what it is, but I'm pretty much the only person I know that isn't completely crazy about this band. I don't know what it is, but I just don't see what's so special about them. I just can't get into them...

V:shobon:V You don't have to like them, it's not like they're doing anything new. It's basically Bruce Springsteen meets punk. I just personally think it's uplifting enough to get into my regular rotation

I've described them to friends as "Bouncing Souls minus anything redeeming." I just can't listen to them.

Why the gently caress would Roach Motel play anyway they where from Florida.

Having said that, US Chaos and Violent Society is every single central PA show from 1996. If Bomb Squadron and The Boils where playing I'd get scared.

Just got an iPhone so now I'm getting into podcasts, any of the hardcore variety?

I'm listening to the B9 podcast and I'm getting annoyed that it's a massive advertisement...

"This is X by Y who you can find on B9store"
*Song*
"That was X by Y who you can find on B9store, now for an interview with Z who you can find at B9store"
"ramble ramble buy our stuff on B9store ramble ramble"

It's one of my favourite labels right now, but come on.

That's a bummer... there are some REALLY awesome bands on this. Check out Ripshit, Poison X Planet, Coke Bust, Surroundings, Blackbirds, Cult Ritual, and I Rise because their live show is amazing even though their most recent album was a real let down.

Seriously, that's such a better line-up than I was expecting. Whenever it's a fest in Florida, I just assume KLU is headlining, and that the Bridge 9 crew bands will all be there (Verse, Cold World, Ceremony, Have Heart, etc etc.).
