Saw ALL last night, they played a great set, and then out of nowhere, Tony Lombardo came out! They played Suburban Home and I'm not a Loser in addition to their All material. Absolutely fantastic.

The Fest 8 initial lineup just got posted. http://www.thefestfl.com/fest8/bands/ I'm pumped, already got my plane ticket, etc. The only bummer is no Lawrence Arms this year, but it's fine as I'll be seeing them at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco in a couple months. If you go, see The Menzingers. I cannot say more about the greatness of those kids.

Because Larry Arms is a great great band. Brendan and Chris just get it done no matter what style they're feeling at the time. New Paint It Black......1st track Salem. drat I almost lost it while driving. It was that good.

I've already seen The Menzingers, but only in a setting where no one knew who they were. I can only imagine what they'll be like when everyone's there for them.

Y'all seem to like the more original, youth-crew kinda hardcore around here so I was wondering what yall think of this local Texas hardcore band On My Side. I'm definitely a fan. But I've just become obsessed with The Menzingers as of late. Their new 7 inch is loving incredible. As for the Larry Arms.
