You can still find cars that were bought 20 years ago and have only been driven once every few weekends since - I've seen at least a few early NAs with ~30k miles on them. That said, if the underside is clean, that car would probably go for $3500 here in AZ no problem. It's in nice shape and it hasn't even had enough miles to hit its second timing belt swap. You'd probably have old seals start leaking but other than that, that car has another 100k in it easy.
