FIVE HUNERT HOARSEPAWAR

quote:

Very fast, very powerful 5 spd mustang for sale, ONE MAJOR PROBLEM, NEEDS AN ENGINE SWAP. I am unable to pay for the cost of buying a new engine and putting it in there. I threw a rod bearing one day while racing and sent it thru the block. It has a vortec supercharger, dynapak performace clutch, magnaflow performance exhaust(sounds amazing), and many other mods. Call 817-449-8780 or it is better to text. I need to sell it fast. if you have 3 grand cash i'll give you everything on the spot, but if you wanna make payments on anything less than 3000 then it'll be 3500.

Other minor issues:

Some scratches on the hood, not too bad, scratch remover should fix it.

the left power window console comes out.(easy fix)

missing the grill in the front. i can get it from the previous owner, i just havent yet.

Assuming the add on bits aren't completely shot along with the engine somehow, that's a pretty good deal isn't it? The super charger alone could be a couple grand new based on the prices on Vortech's web site.

Now I don't know about you guys, but right after the Fast and the Furious came out, unmolested CRXes became as valuable as solid gold.

Which doesn't explain this thing.

Everything looks pretty normal, if neglected, on this side of the car...

Is that colour shift paint on the front quarter, or some kind of advanced form of metal oxidization? I haven't seen rainbows like that since I lit up a chunk of copper with a soldering torch in art class.

How to sell a car:
[x] Chrysler K-car floor mats
[x] Canadian tire pedals, shift knob, handbrake lever cover
[x] Don't bother cleaning anything out whatsoever including random plastic bags or your filthy seat
[x] Leave the wheel cranked at a hard parkin' angle even though all the other pictures have the wheels perfectly straight

So that CRX must be a fluke, right? The other CRXes for sale in a largely Honda city can't be that bad can th :barf:

Did you take that picture through a screen door?

I have had a lot of fun with this car. I have a lot of upper crusty-very-nosy-and-snooty-Lexus-driving-neighbors. (I also have an HOA) That is the major perk to owning this car. I would come home and park this at the end of the driveway for all to see. Occasionally I would just leave the door open all night long for the joggers and ganderers to marvel at. Another fun thing to do when your at the grocery store is to park next to a brand new high end car that is parked way out on the outskirts of the lot.( This is really the most fun! ) At work when my co-workers and I go out for lunch, It was only “my turn to drive” one time, oddly it has never been “My turn” again. I contemplated keeping the car and purchasing antique plates (it's eligible) for it to keep the dream alive. But I would like to buy a used ATV. I have also matured a decided it's no fun to make the neighbors frown every day...So bye bye rabbit. Sniff, sniff

1965 Red Ford Mustang Coupe Project. (Read to build. The body is in beautiful condition and complete with hood, fenders, grill, bumpers, everything is there! Also includes two used 6 cyl motors, complete used transmission, complete used rear end, two new sets of tires, new bucket seats, new carpet and interior package, brand new set of rims, one used set of rims, brand new complete steering package including Flaming River performance steering box, new brake components, new complete front and back suspension package (this includes upper and lower a-arms, springs, shocks and sway bars), New Clifford Performance carb adapter, header and aluminum powder coated valve cover and so much more. Over $10K in brand new performance parts, many of which have never been out of their original packaging. Many old original parts included too.)

Those who want to come take a look will see that this photo was indeed taken in my garage once they arrive. The photo was taken the day we started breaking the car down for a complete ground-up restoration project that never materialized. As you can see, the body, fenders, bumpers, glass, etc are all beautiful and in great shape! The car was running great when taken apart for the project. The car is currently on blocks and stored in my garage. Virtually everything you will need to complete this restoration is included. I started buying all the new parts only after getting the body up on blocks so none of the new parts have ever seen the road! See a huge partial list below:

Over $15k invested total, Will sell only as a package deal...Make offer, please serious offers only.

Call me at 520-548-0629 to make an offer or ask questions. Car is being listed on eBay Sunday so act quickly.

A lot of the performance houses specializing in the older Ford inlines bring the i6 up to par with whatever comperable displacement v8 there is. As there wasn't a 170/200ci or comperable v8 (that I am aware of, anyway) this is probably just the stuff developed for the 240/300ci that bolts up to the smaller engines.

It is almost done has everything to fit scotia speed world requirements, just paint on your number and put in the 5 point harness and you are ready to go. Comes with the window net that is not in the pictures. has the metal plate over the driver door, runs great and sounds pretty nice. May go lower if price is right would just like to get my money out that i spent on the things such as window net and metal plate for the door and the stainless steel roll cage. It is not street legal, comes with all the glass(windows) and lights if you pay 200$, needs brake work..
