I can't wait to see what it does once he puts on his exhaust (factory exhaust is loving tiny for a twin turbo car), CAI (factory intake pipe is roughly as bad as the Mazda 3 abortion), meth injection, and gets a real dyno tune. I wouldn't be surprised to see another 100hp.

IMSA gave both drivers a 2 race probation for next year. You can see how much faster the Vette is by the gap he opens up on Bergmeister after the pit out pass. It was all in good fun and hard racing up until Bergmeister put Magnussen into the pit wall and then spun him around. Have fun trying to justify it by saying the very low speed bump caused by the porsche in the last turn is similar in any way to completely wrecking a guy at 140mph on the pit straight.

Because its easier for IMSA to just put both drivers on probation for next season. If they just punished Jorg, then they would have to strip the Flying Lizards porsche of the win and hand it to the #3 Corvette. Since IMSA doesnt want Corvette racing to run everyone out of GT2 like they did with GT1 they arent going to do that.
