Just popped in to say this show is pretty much the best show, ever.

And I'm glad the Marine biologist clip is in the OP because it's probably my favorite moment in the show.

That and anything involving Crazy Joe Divolla.

Case in point:

Also, this is good with Kramer feeling the effects of an attack by Joe:

I loved Kramer's Moviefone storyline, which has one of my all-time favorite Seinfeld moments, where he does the "Mountain High" advertisement by himself with crappy beatbox sound effects.

There is no place higher than - Mountain High.
Rated R.

I forget which character it was (Kramer, I think) who was confused when Jerry didn't include the "Uncle" while describing a situation with Uncle Leo.

Seinfeld is always great, no matter how many times I've seen the episode. And it really is amazing how much the humor comes from the regular dialogue and not the big punchlines and physical comedy (although those are obviously great as well).

A favorite of mine is from The Pothole, George says: "Anyway, so I was coming along here, and I felt like a piece of cake, you know? But then I thought, it's morning, I should really have a muffin. I like those chocolate chip ones. Then I figured, well, they're really both cake. So I, uh, I sat on that bench for a little while, twenty minutes or an hour, and then I figured, check and see what you were up to."

Another small moment I love from that episode is when Elaine as janitor passes George jackhammering on the street and they nod at each other, in spite of the ridiculous situations they're both in.

I love that whenever Jerry was called upon to do a job he was usually pretty good at it. He was TOO good as a postman, he was the best movie bootlegger ever, etc. He was a poo poo doorman though.

The best thing about Newman and Puddy is that they never originally intended for or wrote these characters to be so funny, it's just that as soon as Wayne Knight and Patrick Warburton auditioned for them Jerry & Larry knew it was perfect and they just went with it

I really need to get around to watching seinfeld. I have always known it was my kind of comedy after seeing clips and quotes from it. I love the wordplay in it, its influenced so many shows that are on right now.

Pity not many shows these days can make gently caress all (or a tiny incident) funny as hell. (there are a few exceptions)
