Dunno if anybody here likes them, but It Prevails has posted a song from their upcoming EP. If you haven't heard them, they play mid-paced, very melodic metalcore, sort of Misery Signals-esque at times, but more straightforward and with the typical "overcoming hardships" lyrics. Nothing groundbreaking, but I've always found them to be pretty solid.

Yeah I'm listening to it again and the vocals were definitely the bad part. Nigga sounds way too much like Fred Durst for my taste. BUT CHECK THIS poo poo OUT I need a poster immediately

Fred Durst? Really? I mean I actually like Limp Bizkit as fatal as that may be to my non-credability in this thread but christ, I don't think they sound similar.

Continuance's full length, 'carry ourselves' is out, and it is awesome! Anyone like Hondo Maclean? Or their follow on stuff as We Are the Future? (If anyone has this album could they rip and upload it? Since it was available free some time ago through their myspace but then the link died and it's unavailable to buy).

Not much activity in this thread as there perhaps has been, I would like yous guys to check out 2 local bands (including several of my friends) from the Notts/Sheffield area in England. Have a look see, both bands are pretty fresh but most members have been part of bands before these. Black & Gold Myspace Facebook (Check out the 'live' video) Dead Harts Myspace Encourage everyone to check em out, add as friends / like etc if you dig them at all. I've taken it upon myself to try and promote and support them as much as possible so get to it!

With some luck, I'll be seeing Oh, Sleeper tomorrow night w/Greeley Estates,pm today, I Am Alpha and Omega, My Hands To War, and Kingdom Under Siege. I've heard a couple Greeley tracks, but for the most part I don't know them or any of the other openers. I missed Oh, Sleeper and ETID together a few months back, but luckily they're both coming back through AR this month, so I'll just have to catch two concerts.

Hah, we put on that gig at West St. a couple of months back with both of those bands. I think I'm in that video. B&G are awesome, then again I'd expect no less with 4/5 of them being bloodshot. This is my band - https://www.myspace.com/thegoldcoastband - unfortunately we just split up so that's rather useless now I suppose!

motherfuckin' blackcore I must say, I actually think it's a pretty decent song, even though I'm not really a fan of the whole -core stuff. Breakdown at 2:22 was hilarious though, it almost seemed like a prerequisite the band just wanted to get out of the way.

A friend of mine recommended hatebreed like a decade ago, last night I realized how stupid I was for not listening. One positive thing about is that at least I got several albums to listen through. In ashes they shall reap, I find it impossible to sit or stand still listening to this. When out walking and listening to this I bet random people in the street thinks I'm a weirdo because it makes me make grim facial expressions http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRd6En458Zw&feature=related I doubt there is anyone as awesome as hatebreed, but if you got any advice I would deeply appreciate it. I've always listened to other types of "Metalcore/Deathcore/Whatever-core" so the genre is new to me.
