Protocol 5 posted:When is this supposed to have happened? In the cosmic books he's still an infant and being kept on one of the Kree homeworlds along with the majority of the Annihilation Wave survivors. Well Annihilus looks a lot smaller than he normally does so he might not be fully grown yet. I imagine it's after Vulcan attacks the planet that was keeping the larva in a stasis field to keep it from growing.

In the original Annihilation: Nova miniseries, which took place before Annhilation itself. He came back later in the Nova book.

I thought the joke of "bald man saying something to a black-haired superhero that gobsmacks him" was funnier than trusting that everyone knew the name of Frank's wife. (I don't.)

(I don't.) It's not so much that you got his wife's name wrong, but that you had him saying something to himself. Also, it's Maria.

smashpro1 posted:From my understanding, it's basically a British version of Batman, yeah? Yeah. The miniseries takes place in England, where we see what Batman's adventures would be like if he was from there. A lot of it is Cornell creating as many British heroes and villains as possible, like Milk Man, Death Dinosaur, Coal Miner, Double Entendre, Birthday Girl and the above-pictured Jarvis Poker the British Joker. Despite being considered a villain, he admits that he doesn't have it in him to commit crimes. He just really loves the Joker's style.

It was the scarlet witch on the screen as some texas based company lured her there under the pretext of fixing the vision, but they really wanted her to kick start some midichlorian evolution thing.
