Tech House anyone?

Mark Knight opened his set with this track and goddamn. It's an older track but for some reason I completely missed the release even though I was (still am) playing the poo poo out of one of David Amo & Julio Navas remixes.
The production in this track is unreal and I can fit it in almost anywhere in my sets. The breakdown makes for a wicked intro and that outro doesn't lose any energy but leaves tons of room for mixing. I can't wait to drop this on a live crowd, that bass line is unreal.

David Amo & Julio Navas Feat. Gustavo Bravetti - Raw (Original Mix)

Also this is on the latest Toolroom Knights and is probably my favourite track at the moment. I also had no idea who Oscar L was before this, but I'm loving his productions!!

Oscar L - N.Y. Funk

Speaking of Toolroom Knights, it was mixed by Umek this time around and his Tech House sets are amazing. He mixed the compilation really well. Also check out his Ultra set!!

moderat, walls, fourtet maybe, nathan fake, anders ilar, jon hopkins (check out the track 'wire')
Thats going more in the apparat direction. Have you checked out orchestra of bubbles with ellen allien too?
For trentemoller maybe robert babicz (immortal changes is a great album) and, er pick up a couple of audiomatique mixes/samplers. Have a skim through and see what takes your fancy then dig into their back catalogue.

Everyone on this list has at least a couple of albums and god knows how many mixes so theres plenty to get through.

edit: oh, james holden. his mixes are pretty special.

They do a pretty good weekly (or is it bi-weekly?) Podcast you can grab on iTunes called Trance Around the World. Its good work listening if you've got a desk job.

I need help.

My mother is driving me insane! She desperately wants me to buy her a certain CD, but I'm not even sure she's giving me the right name. I can't find it anywhere. She *says* it's called Best House Music 2011 Electro House 4ever part 5. But she keeps going on and on about an Oakenfold/Benassi remix of Otherside in almost the same breath and then she gets embarrassed about being so into something she thinks I don't approve of (she's nuts) and then she just clams up. I really can't understand if that song is supposedly on that CD or not. I found a CD with a slightly similar name, but there were no Otherside remixes on it. Asking her if that particular song is on the CD she wants just results in a 15 minute 'sperg about Benassi and no answer to my question.

She recently purchased a car that had free satellite radio. My heretofore very sheltered and prim, nearly 60 year old mother then discovered the Electric Area and BPM channels on Sirius radio. She would have had to hear about this CD there. She also informed me today that she'd like to start going to raves.

Can anyone help, with this very un-useful information?

e: I tried asking in the #electronic channel, but no one is talking.

Check out any of the Italian producers for quality tech house. Manuel De La Mare, Luigi Rocco (Marshall) and Alex Kenji, and their record labels 303lovers and Hotfingers. NiCe7, Stefano Noferini, all make wicked tech house.
Actually a good start is the Toolroom compilations. The Miami 2011 one has pretty much all those tracks.
Leaders of the New School just came out, and has a bunch of amazing tech house by Filthy Rich (1 of 2 of spektre if you're into techno) and a bunch of other big name producers.

Some other random names as they come to my head: Mark Knight (owner of Toolroom), Jay Lumen (amazing originals, one of my all time favourites), Dj Madskillz, Joris Voorn, Bass Kleph, Tube & Berger, Pleasurekraft, Patrick M, Steve Lawler (his label ViVa), Carlo Lio (Toronto representing).
