I really have no idea why but Dance (rear end) is the funniest thing to me right now. Tippy tow tippy tay you gonna get a tip today gently caress that You gonna get some dick today!!!!!!!!!! Also I kind of like that one Mac Miller song where the beat is that song from Mulholland Drive but the video is full of terrible white kids and I don't want to hear anything else.

glassy-eyed bambi posted:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djeOkEg5pmQ I un-ironically liked this song when it came out, and I still do. If you take out Durst's verses (which Meth probably ghostwrote anyway) it's just a good Preem beat with Method Man rhyming on it. Edit: Oh yeah, I remember why I came here to post. I think that I'm Still Livin' is my favorite Z-Ro album right now, even a little better than Crack (though Crack is more consistent-Still Livin' has a few weak tracks that I always skip). Still Livin' just has some of the best Z-Ro songs at his most depressed/angry: No More Pain (song is incredible), Love Ain't Live, Let The Truth Be Told, Man Cry, City Streets, City Streets, One Deep, Continue To Roll. Check it out if you like 'Ro and slept on it somehow, trust me. Also, this is a couple pages late but in case anybody cares, my favorite 'Pac albums are Me Against The World and 7 Day Theory. All Eyez on Me has some GREAT tracks, but I don't think it's Pac's best album and I don't even think it's the best double album in rap. Wu-Tang Forever is more consistent, but Life After Death isn't as good IMO. (This is debatable, all three albums change position depending on what mood I'm in.) Eyez is dope, but it's a little too "Poppy" to be my favorite Pac (same problem with Life After Death). SOME PIG fucked around with this message at 16:38 on Nov 6, 2011 |

GZA's coming to town to play Liquid Swords start to finish. It's 20 bucks. On one hand, Liquid Swords is one of my favorite rap albums of all time, hands down. On the other hand.... GZA is like 40 something years old. Can he handle a live show? Worth it? Help me decide, goons.

I got to see him for free and smoked a blunt with him after so my opinion may be skewed but he won't be terrible

First time he was amazing, tons of energy, went into the crowd, did all of Liquid Swords, it was amazing. Second time he came out with no energy and completely phoned it in. So your mileage may vary but if you're a GZA fan I think it's worth it to go unless 20 dollars is a huge expense for you.

He was pretty all right- he was 45 min late (classic Wu!) but he jumped right into it. The crowd was hype as gently caress and GZA himself was more like a disciplined samurai, just exuding energy without having to necessarily show it. I paid $40 for a ticket for both days, but as a previous poster said, it IS the GZA, and $20 is not a lot to ask to see The Genius.

It was at RTB though, he might phone it in more at a club. Probably worth $20 even if he phones it in though.

¡Sí! Si quisiera discutir el reggaeton, hágalo aquí. De todos modos es cierto que el reggaeton es más apropriado para este thread que Drake. A mí me gusta muchísimo el Cubaton. Outside, I think it must be the style of rapping he's doing. It's feels so slow to me. I was waiting for it to build up to something but it just feels like it falls flat to me. I feel the same about Letters Home. The production on all the slower songs is great, I just don't think I'm feeling the love theme. It's like the album is a couple of party songs mixed with love songs. I was there when he did You See Me live and it went hard as gently caress. I thought the album was going to go in that direction. I probably need to give it a few more listens. snyprmag posted:Liked this song a bunch, video's alright: Love this, I wish there was more Big Krit though.
