Bit low on funds atm so it's a mixtape flex these days. Got Independence Day, Ridgemont Fly, Return to the Winner's Circle, Fear and Loathing in NO, Smokee Robinson and Super Techmo Bowl. I still think Verde Terrace is the best tape Spitta's done, but ID and Ridgemont are great. I just put them all on shuffle anyway, I could listen to something like the intro to Ridgemont Fly that was just a 20 min loop of that music and Curren$y talking about anything.

Your flow is beyond abysmal. How do people not understand this isn't counting syllables like something you can pick up on without even thinking about it? Seriously I know it's easy of me to criticize you without having to back myself up but do you even know anything about rap? You know why artists that grew up uneducated in poor urban environments can rap complex rhyme schemes? Cuz they prolly knew a lot about rap and after hearing your song you don't. "I'm man a few words but those words have the power to give life to turds" Did you really say that in a song? That JMTricks(lol) beat is very somber I can't believe you said turds over it. How can I take you seriously? "Influences: NWA, Eminem, Tupac, Jurassic 5, A Tribe Called Quest, Marvin Gaye," Come on man what rappers haven't been influenced by tupac or eminem? Sorry to be so harsh but you suck. Maybe one day you will make it big and tell school children that don't listen to haters cuz one day some dude on the internet said you sucked and you kept working hard for years and it paid off. Really though I bet SA forums user Chopper City would really dig your stuff he's into the white Canadian terrible rug rat raps

I'm looking for recommendations of artists/songs that sound kind of like Sometimes I rhyme slow, I listened to Nice and Smooth's other stuff but I couldn't really get into it. Other poo poo that i'm really into right now is stuff like Memory Lane, The Message, Halftime but I don't know if that helps any?

I don't see how Nas is like Sometimes I rhyme Slow but idunno check out other golden age NYC rappers(haha theres like 2 million)? I was going to post some tracks but idunno liking 90s Nas is liking rap music. Why do you like Sometimes I rhyme slow so much? If it's the smooth laid back-ness these tracks will do ya. These songs are some entry level poo poo though, The reminisce over you Pete Rock and C.L. NMD is pretty low hanging fruit and I know GBS is even worse but I'm not gonna lie I've copped a few good recs throughout the years lurking from this thread. Even though it's the PYF 1 rap song and act like you know about rap thread it's w/e I appreciate the talk, pretty cool. So my latest favorite mix tape is AS$P Rocky but again I think Verde Terrace is prolly my favorite in a while. It's cool Spitta puts out these many mixtapes but sometimes the dude really starts to blend together for me. I can't marathon some Curran$y (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST)
