I want to bring the discussion back to something said a while ago, about how despite magic/science, there's still human problems to be solved. Annie and her father are still distanced despite all the fancy ways to communicate. There's something incredibly nuanced and sad about that, how even the best tools possible can't patch up a relationship between people.
