not 60 but you can get decent ones from amazon for like 20. they're cool for parties or if you're into fancy presentation and it's fun to experiment cooking with them

also if you want to do something fancy that's real loving easy get yourself some cedar planks for grilling fish on http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-grill-salmon-on-a-cedar-152412

[ASK] me about OS/2 Warp
clay tiles and/or bricks from the landscaping section are effing great for evening out the heat in a lovely oven. just do a heat-> cool cycle with no food in case one explodes. also dont spill liquids on them when they hot

using a second (empty) baking sheet to shield your food from direct radiation is a cool trick, too. put it between the heat source and the sheet with food on it and you'll never burn teh bottom of your cookies again

can you use the salt block more than once? like at the same party to cook many fish, not like put it away in the cupboard for later. or does it break or melt or something the first time you use it

e
okay i guess i could just read the website, apparently they are reusable. do they melt when you wash them? how long do they last? do they taste like fish forever?

they don't like melt melt but yeah i'm sure a bit gets used up every time you cook and clean with it. i haven't used mine enough to say how quickly that is but i'm certain a little googling for handling instructions should clear that up

the taste is fine but if you've got someone allergic to fish i probably wouldn't use it for something else after fish use and expect it to be completely safe
