Sometimes I like to use this website to find new artists: http://www.musicmaze.fm/

You put in an artist to start with and it gives you 6 related artists. Click one of those and you get 6 related to them, and so on. The music database is pretty poorly maintained though, and it tends to conflate artists with the same name. If you start with Art Department you'll notice that the Jamie Jones samples belong to Jamie Jones the R&B singer, not Jamie Jones the DJ and owner of Hot Creations. Regardless, it's still a powerful tool and I use it all the time when I'm outside of my areas of expertise.

Have you heard Storm Queen - It Goes On (http://youtu.be/-G2aOgvLv-c)? That was the first tune that came to mind but I could probably give some better recommendations if I had something more specific to go on. What do you look for in a house track? Any examples?

That storm queen song rocked. I love songs that just sound groovy like Bside by Tanner Ross, or disco house like Louis La Roche, and on the darker side Brodinski and Gesaffelstein (and just infinitely more so recommend a ton). I'd say I tend to like songs that aren't too plain or repetitive really.

We're glad you could play SQIV. As usual, you've been a real pantload.
Two of my favorite podcasts right now are The Guestlist by Fear of Tigers, and Magic Tape by the Magician (Magic Tape is more of a series of mixes more than a podcast)

I'm looking for other high quality podcasts/regular mixes with a sizable backlog that I can check out - any recommendations?

This is so funny and fantastic at the same time. I can never decide if its kitschy or cool that dillon francis just makes whatever genre and releases it.
