Even No Ceilings? It's kind of like Drought 3/Dedication 2, through the lens of the modern era of Lil Wayne. So, not as great as those ones but better than anything else he's put out recently.

It was OK but I don't know, the verses just seemed too long and the beats weren't that good. There's still some pretty good songs on it but he's just kind of corny when he raps for 3 minutes straight (and of course, no sweet DJ Drama drops)

Yeah, no liner notes. My bad. I get your point about production credit.

I think No Ceilings was pretty great and then Rebirth was the tipping point where he fell into the Lake of Lameness and soaked for a while. Surprisingly, although bad, I Am Not A Human or whatever was slightly better than Carter IV. Carter IV was seriously not even worth listening to twice, for me. Also the mixtape that came out right before it was laughably bad compared to any other mixtape.

So basically, nowhere to go but up. "Homies Still" isn't really a good sign.

unless you have a different version than the rest of us there's no liner notes ie no way to know who produced what, which is a very basic question for any rap music

if/when you start building a name for yourself you will understand, not that i don't agree with you it probably helped the two NOT Erick Arc Elliot producers but now that dude has X number of tracks officially under his name

if they left it off then ppl would have to wikipedia it or read stupid loving messageboard posts online to figure it out

easily fixed by artwork/liner notes but something called "DRUGS.zip" and when you unzip it the folder is called FINAL is mad diy and they probably felt it would be too 'mainstream' to do it or something

have you ever been to their website? aesthetics aren't their main concern as much as fuxin w/ppls heads

/baron patsy's intern response

Yeah I understand your point and it was mainly just a little gripe I had with his name being all over the tape but also being a part of the group. I mean, is this really necessary..."Friday feat. Erick Arc Elliott & Uncle Nephew (Prod. By Erick Arc Elliott)"?

Carter IV was garbage. The only highlight was the song with Andre 3000.

Riff Raff I mean Jody Highroller aka the Texas Cracker raps for 20 seconds and makes a video.

Childish Gambino makes a video for an old rear end song that sounds exactly like Good Life. Its about space meth.

Kreayshawn releases some bullshit but its slightly better than horseshit. Lil Debbie is a cutie patootie. She's a wack rapper's Amber Rose.

I got a distinctly "gummo" vibe in the beginning dialogue, anyone else?

Specifically I'm referring to this kid's dialogue from Gummo (http://youtu.be/35Hg8bIFu-A?t=59s) . Is Krispy Kreme up on some Harmony Korine?

Haha holy poo poo Rick Ross usually has such a good ear for beats, but this beat on Hold Me Back is the cheapest drat Lex Luger ripoff ever, right down to a laser sound that sounds like a ripoff of that drat Lex Luger drop. The next song is straight Luger biting too, but at least it's done well.

this might sound random, but maybe Magno (a/k/a Magnificent from Swisha House). He always had some amusing punchlines.
