incoming bones he likes to stalk from the stairs (he assumes he's hidden here)  i got back from a run and he decided it was lap time  when we first brought him home he was terrified of everything and would hide in the cupboards. eventually he came out and was cool to hang around with us for short periods of time. then he started to be at the point that he always wanted to be around me, but not always within arms reach or touched. now he demands to be pet constantly and jumps on everything i have and forces his way onto my lap. good catte

I am finding after coming home from vacation Reuben is way more affectionate, he's been following me around a ton and jumping up to sit on the other end of the couch when I'm on it. He's not exactly crawling into my lap but he puts up with everything way longer I put him on my chest with his biscuit blanket and he stayed there for about an hour last night. I also keep finding him in the sink more and more A good cat
