We have to assume that attacking a medium in training who is a guest of the forest would be seen has a pretty heinous crime in the eyes of the court (and possibly the forest). Assuming Ysengrin has to answer for this, and that he doesn't know what he did, this could lead to something really bad.

The one comforting thing I can take from this is that an awful lot of Coyote stories end with Coyote being undone and humiliated by his own arrogance. Because oh boy would I like to see that smile wiped off his face right now.

Maybe this is old news for some, but I ran into Gunnerkrigg Court on he comiXology iPad app. Sure, nothing beats a book in the hand, but it's a pretty great way to introduce new folks when you're away from home! The volumes were  each. I hope Mr. Siddell gets a decent portion of the spoils.
