Is it just me or are youtube videos loading stupidly slowly recently? I have high-speed internet and every other video site seems to load fine, it's just youtube and it's only been the last month or so. Sometimes the video will load with no problem but sometimes a 5 minute video won't load past a minute regardless of how long I wait, and if I press play it just gets stuck buffering when it gets to that point. Anyone else having this problem? Being a fan of Against Me! and hearing about the singer, Tom Gabel transitioning to female, it got me curious about the subject, and I found that a lot of men transitioning to women, and women transitioning to men using testosterone and estrogen therapy, post their progress on youtube. It's pretty amazing to see the transformation, just on a physical level. This one is the most stunning transformation i've seen. Anyone else having this problem? Yeah this has been happening to me for quite awhile. It's apparently a bug on YT's side of things. A Google response to someone who brought it up to them on the Chrome forums said to pause the video and manually change the quality. It should start to buffer the entire clip after that.

Several other rappers have done it, and each time I get more afraid that it'll become an acceptable trend in music. I think sampling music is fine, but even that can get pretty lazy and rip off-y. And, so that I'm not just bitching, here's a strange video. I was indulging in the awesome hobby of watcing reviews for products I can't actually afford, when I ran across someone doing a review of different gaming headsets. When I heard about his decision I was pretty blown away and I really want to see them again to support her and the band.
