I've been scanning in pictures I took 25+ years ago  , and I found some olde catte pictures. Quality is pretty low on most of them so the images are going to be tiny since they're blurry as hell otherwise, but here's some 80's cattes.

Catte thread, meet kebab:  My fiancée laid on a surprise for my birthday. She knew my ideal catte criteria was: - huge - ginger - gives no fucks and started looking around the local shelters a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday she took me on a trip in the car without letting on what we were up to. We met one of the shelter volunteers at her home and played with a bunch of 3 week old kitties for a bit, then headed out to the shelter itself, where they had a shed full of somewhat unhappy looking cats up for adoption. This guy was awesome, and came right over to the window before we got inside to say hi. He's a huge ginger Tom, 2 years old, and about 20lbs. The photo doesn't really do him justice as he's been pretty stressed at the shelter and his coat needs attention. He's also on the same ear drops that messed up Gizmo's sideburns. He's the friendliest drat catte I've come across in a shelter- doesn't even peep when you pick him up, and places his giant paws on your shoulders, sticking his head in under your chin and rubbing. He's ours in ~3 weeks- he still needs his balls lopped off and some additional shots, then we're taking him home. Expect pics soon after. obligatory *I'm the pile of cat vomit lower right*

my gf won the grand prize from the uniqlo store opening thing. it was by some kind of web youtube thing where you click on a box and if maru jumped in that box, you won a prize. she won a $500 blimp ride around sf (the grand prize)
