The more I hear about the upcoming Norma Jean album from their twitter, the more excited I get. Supposedly they "accidentally" wrote two songs that are around 8 minutes long a piece. As long as it is at least as good as Meridional I will be happy.

Vanna is one of those bands that I stumbled across one day, years ago, and really, really liked. I listened to them a ton for a brief period of time, then kinda forgot about them. I got their last album, listened to it two or three times, then moved on. But, every now and then, they'll come up when I'm shuffling through my iTunes and I'll be all, "holy poo poo, I really dig this!" and listen through an album. But, I have no idea why they don't stick with me better, because they make really solid tunes. Also, their GIRLS BEER FOOD VANNA GUNS KNIVES FIRE shirt is loving amazing. I probably just suck poo poo at trying to identify genres. They aren't metalcore in the sense that Unearth and As I Lay Dying are. So I got a used copy of an August Burns Red CD I wanted in the mail today, along with this... They're on the same order number and I only paid for the CD I wanted, but still, was this some Amazon merchant's idea of a joke? Because, I'll admit, I chuckled a bit.

Money For Nothing (the title track) is filled with the grimiest riffs, twostep and lyrics and it makes me lose my f*cking mind immediately uwAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa such a great track everything on it's really good! I have loved Stay Puft and Global Warming since the Continent sessions. 06 Brown Noise is fairly legit also.
