I was sure that would've come up at some point in part one but I don't remember it ever being mentioned again. I'm sure it's still a lot higher than anyone else would have as an E-rank Regular but it seems like it'd be less effective as something impressive now that he has all this other stuff going for him. Koon seems to have it now.

According to the thread over on reddit there isn't going to be a speedscan from nomanga/mangacow for some unknown reason, and mangapirate is still down for maintenance. There are fan translations in the comments there, but I guess we'll have to wait for the company's release in a week.

Current chapter (133) spoilers: I've been waiting since season 1 ended for Rakk to show up again. He added a great bit of levity without being completely comic relief. I really hope he becomes a character again and isn't just regulated to reference-only status. He was one of the only characters I wasn't sure we'd see again, since most of the rest of the season 1 cast are pretty big name players.
