534 Broadway is now apparently either a Levis store or an AT&T store, it's a bit hard to tell. It's also located next door to the offices of The Onion of all things.

FWIW the MCU2/P mask seals exactly where my goatee is. I also don't think that's a good enough reason, since we're not likely to be gassed at most locations.
