It's got a cam-, valve- and piston-tuned twin-turboed Duratec 30, right? gently caress, I'd like that powerplant in a somewhat more anonymous car.

If it was possible in California, it's possible anywhere else. CA is the worst of the worst to try to get your car titled.

Selling my old wheel spacers. Had them on my 2010 BMW 135i but since I sold it I have no use for them. Both pairs are 5x120mm bolt pattern, 72.5mm center bore, one pair of 10mm and the other is 15mm. Asking $75 per pair or $125 for both. Prices include shipping. Willing to make a deal for a local pickup in Los Angeles, CA. Located in 90026.

I can take more detailed pictures if you're a crazy person, but these are as good as new and were only used for a few thousand miles.

Put VW/Benz/Maybach/Audi wheels on your car with an extra 31mm of poke for that hellaflush look all the kids love. May I recommend Audi AVUS 6 Spokes on your Infiniti J30? How about Braubus Monoblocks on your Kia Rondo?

Adapters and 31mm spacers all in one! These subtract 31mm of offset, a +35mm wheel becomes a +4mm with these things. Crazy poke to make your car hella flush! All your friends will envy your new stance!

Works with 5x112mm wheels, bolts to cars with 5x4.75" 5x120.7mm (many GM) and 5x114.3mm (many Japanese cars). 74mm through bore. Comes with conical lug nuts.

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/pts/3718590600.html AI price $50. Someone please put together some silly OEM on OEM combo with these.

Edit: Craigslisters are such morons. How specific do I need to get?

I'm selling my unfinished project 2005 RSX Type S. Mileage is about 56k. Motor was babied and is completely unmolested. Will provide most recent UOA and happy to run another one via installed fumoto valve. The rest of the car is.. well, interesting. The car has no interior trim behind the front seats (rear seats and restraints are included but not mounted). I was in the middle of removing the sound deadening when I stopped working on the car. I have done some work on the suspension: Acura A-Spec non-adjustable coilovers (@ 25k miles), front lower control arms were pulled from a Japanese Integra Type R, LCA bushings were replaced with Energy Suspension polyurethane. Wheels are 17x8 +45 Kosei K1 TS with RE11s. There are 3k miles on the wheels and tires, 20k on the LCAs. Several internal chassis braces were also replaced with Type R equivalents (or added where no equivalent was provided).

Stereo was replaced with duct tape and a dummy wiring harness that is wired directly to a line-in and an iphone mount.

Front half of the interior carpet was removed and trashed. Shift linkage was rebuilt 1000 miles ago due to increasing slop. Transmission side bushings were replaced with hybrid racing spherical units. Shifter lateral arm was replaced with aluminum unit from K-tuned; rubber bushing in arm replaced with K-tuned delrin two-piece bushing and return spring replaced with stiffer K-tuned unit. Rubber shift-unit-to-chassis mountings were replaced with solid bushings. Shifter still has 3-4mm of left-right dead zone, but otherwise is direct and nearly flawless. Gear oil was changed appx every 15k miles according to "best practices" to head off problems with 1-2 and 2-3 shifts (which are not a problem currently). Similarly, clutch master and slaver cylinder were preemptively replaced with new units 2k miles ago.

Several minor maintenance issues remain: serpentine belt is slipping/squeaking and needs to be changed (part included). In the worst case, this could involve the tensioner, which was stuck when the the belt started slipping. Trunk weather stripping has small leak (part included). Car comes with very large trunk full of parts -- brake pads, all removable carpet, several years worth of osram nightbreakers, more, probably; I stockpiled enough parts for a couple years.

I am the first and only owner. Asking 8k as-is. Serious inquiries only please; if you are not absolutely sure you can finish this car, please do not PM me. Car is located in West LA.

eta: Sorry, that came off way more negative than I meant it to be. I want this car to go to an enthusiast who will give it a glorious afterlife as a driven hard but properly maintained track bitch and not some high school kid who will immediately kill themselves in it after destroying the transmission and dropping a valve. However, I have this phd thing to finish right now so I don't really have time to show the car. *shrug* If that about fits your profile, PM me and I can email you pictures, whatever. Price is somewhat OBO modulo the latter.

edit: just talked to him and he is fiberglassing/painting the bumpers so at least they look good. the a/c compressor was replaced a couple years ago but the condenser coil has a leak. he said he was gonna ask $1500 and would be happy with $1000. if you're interested i can go snap some pictures. He wants 5,000 for it, but he said that he is realistic and will entertain reasonable offers.

We both live in Northern Virginia, and he has a wife and 2 small kids, so road trips are out for the time being. Anyone who is interested in buying the car would have to make arrangements to pick it up somehow (don't know if that is a deal breaker or not, but its what he told me, he said he got scammed before with auto shippers, so he is intent on pick-up only).

Selling my 2006 WRX wagon. It's all original and has always been a california car. The condition is nearly perfect and looks/feels/drives like a brand new car. 97k miles, clean clear title, and zero problems. For a goon, I'd be willing to give you some type of money-back guarantee that you will be happy with everything. Its really just that nice of a car.

I have the roof box on craigslist for $325, but the car comes with rubber all-season floor and cargo mats.

Located in San Francisco bay area. Fly in, crash at my place, and have an adventurous road trip home.

'06/'07 is really the best year. It came with the 2.5 engine, homologation fixed caliper gravel brakes, STi seats (that are black instead of blue), a quicker steering gear, and proper limited-slip differentials. I'm asking a firm $14k for the car, which may seem high in some parts of the country, but bay-area used car prices are insane and the car really is that nice.

PM for contact info.

Unnngggggghhhhh
This is hard for me but I'm moving in new directions and have too many toys to keep them and give them the attention that they deserve. So I'm selling my 1976 Scout II. Mileage is basically an unknown (the speedo/odo has obivously been replaced) but it runs strong and has no mechanical faults aside from the nonfunctional A/C, which is useless in a Scout even when it does work. It does have some body rust, mostly the rockers and quarter panels behind the driver's door. There is also evidence of rust repair in the rear wheel wells and endcaps (where the tailights are). It is in no-way a perfect Scout, but it looks nice enough that special person in your life won't refuse to ride in it, and at the same time it's not so good you'd feel terrible about bonking it against a tree.

The Scout comes with a Traveltop (metal hardtop that is body-length, covering the entire people space and bed area) and a Besttop Soft top. The Traveltop has the desirable sliding windows, I have the interior body panel inserts for the traveltop but no ceiling (they're normally just made of pegboard painted white). The Traveltop exterior is painted black with bedliner paint as I use it for off-roading. The Besttop vinyl soft top (and associated installation hardware) is also Traveltop length. The soft top windows have some cloudiness and scratches, but are still pliable and not yellowed. You can roll the soft top sides up and drive like that, or lower the top completely fairly quickly. Switching between hard and soft tops takes about an hour. Currently the hard top is installed but I'll help install the soft top for you if you like since it's not exactly self-explanatory.

The Scout's interior is appointed with the desirable high-back front bucket seats, the top surfaces of which have been recovered. The rear seat represents how they would have looked prior and is period correct (1976 pattern) for this year Scout, despite the fact that I bought it from a swap meet. The rear seat folds forward to increase cargo space. This Scout also has the factory lockable center console and locking glovebox. I wouldn't trust the locks to anything valuable though. The floors and sides have been recovered with a carpet kit. It looks nice but I would have gone with paint and bedliner had it been my choice. The dashboard has been cut for a DIN-sized radio (I also have an uncut dash that goes with it), and a Kenwood CD player is in place. It plays out of a two-speaker sound bar mounted on the roll bar. The roll-bar is the factory bolt-in unit. The only interior option really missing from this truck is a tilt steering wheel. Speaking of, the steering wheel was replaced with a kinda hokey Pilot unit, it's a little small in diameter, but works well enough. Truck comes with the Cobra CB radio.

Mechanically you're looking at a bulletproof combo with the desirable 345ci IH "SV" v8 engine twisting through a Chrysler 727 three-speed automatic, dana 20 transfer case (single stick) and dana 44 axles front a back with 3:54 gears inside. This is a great combo for 31 inch tires, which is exactly what the truck rides on. The tread is maybe 50% left. I have replaced the factory Holley 2210 two-barrel auto-choke smog carb with a Holley 2300 carb in 350cfm configuration (list number 7448) and manual choke. The 350cfm 2300 two-barrel is basically the perfect carburetor for the IH 345, it really runs great. I've also recored the radiator recently (it's probably good for another 30 years now), and replaced the factory "Lock-O-Matic" hubs with Warn Premium manual hubs. The old Lock-O-Matics come with the truck but they're partially destroyed and they are junk to begin with. I've also added a Ford relay to the starting circuit to ensure reliable starting performance.

Here's a picture gallery with a raw dump of shots I took the other week. Like I said I've since put the hard top on, I'll get some shots of that up soon. It's not a perfect truck by any means, it's got some problems, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find more fun and utility for $3,500. This is a goon price, I'm looking for $4,000 on CL.
