It does a nice job for some videos with higher frequency shaking but can also do a horrendous job to some videos and make a normal video look like it was shot on a stormy sea.

Yeah, don't get me wrong Chris Hadfield is cool as hell and that was a very endearing cover, but if you think it was better than the original Bowie version I am concerned that you might have an ear infection or something.

NESguerilla posted:Yeah, don't get me wrong Chris Hadfield is cool as hell and that was a very endearing cover, but if you think it was better than the original Bowie version I am concerned that you might have an ear infection or something. Well let's compare, here's bowie's version:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYMCLz5PQVw it's got Bowies perfect vocals, but that's the problem, you dont feel it as much. Hadfield brings with him a sense of wonder and vulnerability in his vocal treatment that makes it (to me at least) superior to Bowie, his vocals make me feel like this is a song written by a lost spaceman who's aging and doesn't think he'll make it home within his lifetime, so he wrote this song as his goodbye note. This is why I feel that his voice in this song is better than Bowie. I'm not saying that he's a better songwriter or singer than David Bowie, I just feel that in this song in particular Hadfield Sings it better than Bowie. I mean, don't take my word for it:- David Bowie on Facebook posted:It’s possibly the most poignant version of the song ever created
