Yup. I get, like, half of them fine, the others I have to open in a new tab.

That whole scene, it's absurd how easy it is to spot the stunt doubles. Especially for John, since it's clearly a full-grown man, not a young teen.

Huh...Arnie's stunt double kind of looks like David Hasselhoff right there.

Same here. The old problem was a redundant instance of Flash, if I recall. I disabled one of them, and then on a recent Chrome update (or Flash update), the redundancy got fixed and Flash was just disabled. Re-enabled it and haven't had a problem since.

I'm still having quite a few issues with gif's loading properly myself. Every new page I have to wait for everything to load (which is fine, it's only a minute), but when scrolling some gifs will permanently freeze, which means I have to open them in a new tab.

Are there any settings in gifcam? I remember reading that it has a "greenscreen" effect that optimizes changes between frames. That green garbage in the middle of the frame might be from gifcam confusing itself with the greenscreen, because there is green in the actual video.

If you can change the greenscreen color, you could try some other color and see if that helps.

Obviously it's been fixed already, but after you create the gif, open it in GIMP and manually refill the black and white back in on each frame.
