That's 100% Caro, filmed back when he was in Libya. Last I heard from him he was going crazy in a Turkish hotel in Hatay, failing to cross into Syria, and calling me a "CIA drone". I believe he's back in the US, and homeless. Some of the stuff he filmed in Libya was genuinely interesting, he just had no idea how to present it. For example, he got a fully guided tour of the interior of the Libyan Killdozer months before it was seen in action, but no-one noticed. I was able to do geolocation on his videos to figure out where he was at certain dates, and in some cases he was in the thick of some of the heaviest and significant fighting, especially in Sirte. When I interviewed him I spent a lot of time verifying as much as I could from the videos he posted. He was certainly where he said he was, the Misrata frontline medical clinic, Sirte during the heaviest fighting, etc, and he met some very interesting people, it's just impossible to know if his version of events is entirely accurate in some situations. After the interview he used to DM me on Twitter about 60 times a day, I could clearly see him getting more delusional then more normal, I wish I could have done something to help him.
