He probably genuinely doesnt care that much, hes a compulsive gambler and if all his gambling stories he posts are true (maybe) he will sit down at a poker table with a couple grand and get drunk and lose it pretty often so a few bucks on MMA every couple weeks wouldnt matter that much to him. Hes just really defensive and combative so he is gonna have that reaction when a bunch of people make fun of him and his picks. he probably gets more enjoyment from gloating here about his rare wins than he does from actually winning the 10 bucks or whatever

There's a lot of good fights happening in the coming weeks, and I can't wait to see how well people end up doing by the end of it all. Here is what I have so far. $10.00 to win $6.90: Okami/Souza goes 3 round distance -145* vs Fight won't go 3 round distance $10.00 to win $7.69: Brandon Vera -130* vs Ben Rothwell $19.00 to win $7.04: Floyd Mayweather Jr -270* vs Saul Alvarez I think Okami/Souza's gonna be full of bad kickboxing and cage clinching, so that fight going the distance at -145 seems like a pretty good line. As for Vera/Rothwell I just think Vera is straight up better than Rothwell, who's really lucky to be in the UFC still. Finally, I had to put some money on Money since that's the lowest I've seen him as a favorite and I think he'll make his opponent look silly once again.

Yeah, I was surprised to see Floyd below -300. I think it should get even closer in the next 2 weeks as the hype builds, but I wanted to go ahead and play it just in case. May put more on Floyd later.

I thought you guys got entertainment out of this so when I won I flipped the tables. I look at betting on sports like people look at going out to a movie or an expensive restaurant. It's entertainment, it gives me a reason to watch the event. Most of the time I am watching these events while I am playing poker for hours at a time so it keeps me from getting bored. Sports booking and prop bets are the only time I lose money gambling overall. I make money playing poker and shooting pool. I don't know what caremad means but I assume it means I am getting upset about losing. Gambling is a risk and if you get upset or emotional when you lose than you should not be gambling simple as that. Is that what you were looking for?

I know Rothwell has a better looking record, but I think Vera has shown more talent in his fights. Rothwell hasn't looked good in any of his UFC fights. His best performance was his first round KO against Schaub, after he got rocked with a spinning back elbow and managed to clip Schaub's chin in a wild exchange. Vera hasn't looked very good lately either, but most of his recent losses are to high level fighters like Shogun, Jones, and Couture (and lots of people thought he beat Randy.) I think Vera will win a decision in this fight by having a speed advantage and a more diverse attack.
