If interested, reply to my SA-Mart thread please! So I have some left-over parts now that I no longer have my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3. I expect that the only ones that have any shot of selling here are the oil filters; the brake rotors are just not going to be viable to ship but I'm posting them anyway in case someone near the Phoenix AZ area wants them for any reason. I'll need to calculate actual shipping for anything that goes out so the prices below don't include it. Some of these parts may fit other cars (probably other Mazdas, maybe a Ford or a Volvo) but it's up to you to verify fitment. Oil filters: Six Wix 57203, one OEM Mazda L321-14-302. Also one Dorman 917-004 filter endcap. $2.50 per filter and $5 for the endcap. New brake parts: Two Centric rear rotors (120.45067), and an axle set of rear Hawk HPS pads (HB478 F.605). $10 each for the rotors plus shipping, $45 for the pads. Used front rotors: These had about 40k on them when I took them off in either 2009 or 2010. They will absolutely need to be turned - both for warping and also for some damage I did while trying to get them off of the goddamn hubs (second photo). I'm also thinking $10 per rotor here plus shipping, though I suspect I'll be better off trying to figure out where I actually can sell scrap metal. If someone actually cares I can put a set of calipers on them and see how much meat is left on them. If interested, reply to my SA-Mart thread please!

1998 Mazda B2500 Extended Cab Pickup (Ford Ranger) The good: I've put 170K miles on this truck, and it's NEVER left me stranded or failed to start. Solid vehicle in terms of dependability; 200k miles on the factory clutch and still going strong. Well maintained in terms of fluids / everything the owner's manual says throughout it's life. The bad: Front swaybar is a rattling joke. Front A-Arms replaced @ 100k miles, but MIGHT be bad, I can't tell because of all the noise the lack-of-swaybar-bushings make. Eats tires every 10k at present, leaving steel belts showing on the inside and full tread on the outside. Something is horribly wrong with the front suspension. The Ugly: Body has been beat to poo poo. A mitsubishi eclipse totalled itself hitting the rear bumper (minor dent). An F-350 driven by a 16 year old caved in the passenger front quarter-panel in a parking lot (she was hot, but this was not known until she was convicted of hit and run). An unknown oval office in a parking lot caved in the driver's side 'king-cab' section, and did not leave a note. The idiot behind the wheel (me) Totalled a Civic by pushing it's trunk into it's back-seat at a yield sign (Fucker should have gone! Traffic was clear. He was on his cellphone). Front bumper is hilariously hosed. Overall, this truck has a 2:1 kill rate for other cars in accidents I'll miss it. Local junkers will give me $200 tow-away... The local junkyard will give me $300 for anything that arrives under it's own power. It's not worth fixing, but it's been a daily-driver for the last 6 months in this condition, and it's worth more than that :P I know these engines are worth more than junk in running shape, and there is a Mazda M50D transmission attached to it. I'm open to any offers above junkyard rates. This truck was my baby for 10 years, and I'd rather see it parted out to live forever than junked for scrap metal. I'm in northern VA, but I'm happy to meet you halfway for a decent price. PM if interested in paying more than junkyard rates for a running, working vehicle. I'm junking it in a few weeks.

-Update on this car: Reducing the price to $8000. Willing to talk deals with anyone who has an interest. It's an anomaly of an MG, as all the electrics are in top shape, car starts consistently, and it won't be a bitch to maintain. Double Update: here's video of it starting and revving up a bit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r00QwnS8opA Here's the updated description: For sale is a 1969 MG Midget. This car has undergone a recently completed three year comprehensive restoration. The body shell was media blasted, any damaged panels were replaced, and treated with POR-15. Exterior paint is fresh, color from GM (Cyber Grey Metallic). There are a few minor paint blemishes that will be fixed prior to sale. The exterior trim is all replaced or refurbished. New door and trunk locks. Windshield from other MG, in good condition. All rubber seals new all around. Rear end differential replaced for steel wheels, new VTO rims installed. New wood trim steering wheel. New all season radial tires installed. Suspension and brakes completely rebuilt. All hard brake lines and fuel lines replaced with new lines from a company in England. Engine was rebuilt from an MG mechanic out of Carlsbad, CA. Transmission was converted to a 5-speed through the Rivergate Conversion Kit. All electrical systems replaced, generator replaced with a 1 wire alternator, new mini fuse block added. Car starts immediately and runs smoothly. Interior is all new including carpets from Moss, the seats were replaced with reupholstered Miata seats, and flat panels were re upholstered locally, correct for the Midget. The dash was modified for old style paint finish. Complete with new convertible top and tonneau cover. Tonneau cover needs a bit of work. This car has received a loving, top quality restoration with HIGH attention to detail. Anything that was not in good shape was scrapped and replaced. Car can be a cool custom for shows, or a daily driver for either you or a family member. Only about 1200-1500 miles have been put on the car since the restoration was done to check for any mechanical blips. Title in hand, registered and inspected. Comes with car cover, manual and other miscellaneous MG things. Bonded title and passed inspection. Asking $8,000 but will talk deals with goons. I've got a rebuilt Ford 7.5" LSD carrier, used 3.73 gears, and install kit for sale. LSD and gears were bought together from a diff shop, install kit was bought from rockauto but I'm past the return period. I sold the car I originally bought this for, so I have no use for it now. These are getting pretty rare because Ford stopped selling them a few years back. The only new options these days are expensive eaton and auburn units. LSD + gears = $100 goon price install kit = $50 goon price Prices are for local pickup in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. If someone wants them shipped then I'll need to get shipping quotes. They are pretty heavy. Gmail me at ksp7498.

Selling my 06 Miata. Goldsboro, NC (1 hour east of Raleigh) $12,000 46k miles Trim features: -6 speed manual -LSD -Bilstein shocks -tower bar -vinyl top Aftermarket parts: -Enkei RPF-1 17” wheels -Eibach springs -Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 XL tires -Aftermarket radio (Original did not feature a 3.5mm aux input – this one does) -K&N air filter I’m the original owner and only person who’s driven it. Never had a mechanical or serious problem. Minor problems: -Missing air dam (plastic piece that smooths airflow through cockpit when the top’s down) -Top has minor tears and doesn’t automatically fold neatly due to ripped straps. The tears cause increased wind noise on the highway. -Interior rattles -Door dings -Minor scrapes on the wheels -Passenger floor mat has a permanent crease -One accident: Hit a coyote a few months ago – ripped a chunk out of the bumper and connected plastic parts. No mechanical or serious damage. Bumper and plastic parts were replaced with new factory ones. I’m selling it because I’m moving out of the country. Photos are from 2013-08-03. Lots of good stuff here for sale. I want to try to sell locally (not shipping anything at this time) first before posting on NASIOC b/c I know there's a ton of guys with Subarus locally. I decided to leave my car stock, some parts were installed for a little bit, others I never got to, so that's why you're seeing things here. I've had the car for less than a year and 10k miles, so anything I bought new and installed has very low miles on it. VF43 turbo. From an 07 with around 56k miles. Very little shaft play, better than most I've seen. I bought it off Nasioc and didn't install. Comes with new washers for the feed line and a new gasket for the return. Has a small wastegate crack. Comes with all lines. $400 3 port BCS. I bought new from MachV/FastWRX. $75. Innovate LC1: I bought new, includes never used green gauge. All wiring is done, just pass it through the firewall and connect to power and ground it on the engine block. Run the calibration and you're ready to go. $140 AEM boost gauge. Part number is in the photo if you want to look it up. I never used it, brand new and unopened. $130 Pictures: http://tinyurl.com/lxdz9tu Suburban Dad fucked around with this message at 13:39 on Sep 14, 2013 |

I don't have PMs so pezzinoj at the google mail if you are interested.

SOLD! My Datsun is up for sale. I have it listed at $3500, but my bottom dollar is $2900 for a goon. http://lexington.craigslist.org/cto/4039600361.html Here is the text from the ad: Up for sale is a beautiful survivor car. I am the third owner of this 1982 Datsun 280zx 2+2 with ~77,000 original miles. White exterior (repainted about 10 years ago) with red interior and power everything (windows, locks, mirrors, and they all work). The 5-speed manual transmission works perfectly, and the exhaust is new and very quiet. The T-Tops don't seem to leak, and the car starts and runs excellently. The car has almost no rust. The undercarriage and floor pans are 100% solid, and there is only a little rust starting on the bottoms of the rear quarters. The clock works, as does the voice module (the car will talk to you). I have done quite a bit of work on the car to improve its handling and make it reliable. This work includes: MSA Front Bumper Poly Suspension Bushings all the way around New Tokico Shocks and springs Techno Toy Adjustable Tension Control Arms Suspension Techniques Sways bars, front and rear Custom Alignment New Falken Azenis tires New Battery New Steering Boots (not installed) New Brakes Pads and Rotors all around New Speedometer Cable New Clutch Slave Cylinder Re-covered front seats New Hatch Struts New Ignition Control Module New Front Wheel Bearings New factory cat-back exhaust Extras that are included New Headliner Kit (current headliner is sagging) 2x Steering Racks (used spares, the one in the car is fine) Stock Springs and Sway Bars (if desired) Many other spare parts Problems with the car -Slight damage to left inner fender at some point (cannot be seen from the outside) -Missing one piece of trim on the left front fender, and one wheel center cap -The Factory Radio does not work (I have a spare that may work) -The A/C does not work (the heat does not seem to blow hot, either, but the fan turns on - I believe it is just the in-car auto-temp sensor). -The cruise control is not working, because the plastic plug in the pedal assembly disintegrated -Salvage title (due to the first owner not having the Florida title when the second owner purchased it from him in KY - I believe they did a mechanics lein to get a KY title, which ends up a salvage title, apparently). Otherwise everything on the car works great! My friend was recently without a car, and I loaned him this one. It worked flawlessly for ~1500miles over the past month. He said it gets around 25 mpg mixed city and highway driving. The car is a very comfortable cruiser that car turn heads and corners. It has KY collector plates, and with collector insurance, it only costs me around $60/year to own. I am selling it because I have too many projects, and not enough room and time. Asking price 3500.00 OBO. The best way to contact me about the car is through email or PM: erizo_malasuerte at yahoo.com CatBus fucked around with this message at 02:34 on Mar 1, 2014 |

If anyone in the Worcester MA area is selling a decent standard transmission car, I'm interested in a pretty wide range of vehicles, my only real criteria are: standard, better than 27 MPG highway, and no body damage or rust. I've dealt with too much bullshit body work to do that crap again, but am pretty good at basic repairs etc. I like Mazdas, but would take domestics / Euro cars as well if in decent shape, hit me up on PM if you are looking to get rid of your whip!

I suppose this is as good a place as any. I'll make an SA Mart thread as well, but I wanted to put it out here. I know there are a couple guys here with C5 'Vettes. If any of you fine gentlemen have upgraded your brakes to something other than the factory units, I would LOVE to buy the old stock setup from you. I'm looking for pretty much everything in front of the firewall that has to do with brakes. Master cylinder, booster, calipers, rotors, brackets, etc. I understand this is a bit of an odd request, but I wanted to get it out there. For those of you that don't own Corvettes, if you have a line on any of this hardware, I'd appreciate any info you can get me (Kastein, you seem to have access to a magical place with parts for everything so I'm looking at you here).
