WillieWestwood posted:Dunno where anyone heard that Matt and Trey would be doing live commentary on Twitter, but it wasn't them. South Park has done six - er, seven - live tweets (including tonight's), but none of them have suggested that Matt and Trey were doing commentary. Yeah, I didn't expect Matt and Trey, I don't think that they want to even have anything to do with Twitter. When I heard "commentary", I hoped that whoever ran the twitter would post interesting facts and stuff rather than just tweeting quotes from the episode.

When they promoted the one last week, it sounded like they were at least going to pick the best tweets from the original airing or something. Instead it was stuff like "The last time we saw Stan's dad addicted to a game it was Make Love, Not Warcraft"</derpvoice>.

The Scott Tenorman episode doesnt really hold up that well, after watching it again. Cartman relies on too many assumptions to pull the whole thing off, and just feels like it was rushed to an end. Its good, but its definitely not the master piece of a psychopath that people remember it to be.

He's shown to be on the losing side the entire episode and then in the last minute, it all comes together and it just shows how crazy he is. He made these assumptions and they were SPOT ON. Also: "I'm a little piggy, oink oink oink."

Someone had posted a big list of Randy episodes on the last page but somehow forgot Fingerbang, that should really get added.

Even a tiny bit of Randy usually elevates an episode into a "Randy" episode. His "See, now the Japanese are normal, like us." in Whale Whores or instance.

That's why I tried to make a distinction between episodes with one funny Randy moment and a main/side story about Randy. e: It's strange watching South Park on morning/afternoon Comedy Central. In the past week I've seen three episodes involving crap and their respective scenes censored. "Red Hot Catholic Love" is the episode where everyone craps out their mouth, and each scene is censored. Or the Wal-Mart episode where the manager commits suicide and craps his pants; censored. I'm curious to see "You're Getting Old" or "More Crap" on daytime Comedy Central. lizardhunt fucked around with this message at 20:32 on Oct 23, 2013 |
