Dumb question, there's an achievement now for not letting the cops get the fuse box on FF day 3 when you gently caress up the stealth. Could you do the stealth right, get the gold out and then draw heat somehow (killing a dominated guard?) and still do that part or does that not work?

I accidentally ran into a kill squad, a Taser and 2 Broncos, and dodged all the rounds from the Broncos, to my great surprise, and killed them all. I have come to the disheartening conclusion that the Suit not only has more utility, but also allows a player to tank more effectively than an ICTV. I have no idea how you draw that conclusion. Unless they've changed how armor dodged worked you can only dodge while sprinting, so you weren't magically dodging shots while you were killing them, the bad guys just luckily missed.

I felt kind of bad for my Steam buddies while playing Safehouse Nightmare. I have both aced Chameleon and the dodge increase while sprinting, so while I was darting around barely taking damage they'd go down over and over. I'd run away, run back to Inspire them up, then run away only for them to immediately go back down. One of them even had ICTV

I still need to run some walking tests with the CTV to determine if it's sprint that activates Aced Sprinter to determine whether it's just added on as a hard 25% to dodge like the Ghost Tier 1 and 3 bonuses. Or if walking can also trigger Aced Sprinter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWH2t1SneRo Edit: Considering that I'm able to dodge in the CTV which has a -25% dodge penalty and Ghost Tiers 1 and 3 only give +15%. Aced Sprinter gives +25% while running (haven't been successful with it while walking) giving a 15% total dodge rating. ICTV has a -75% dodge penalty so there's no way to build up the dodge percentage to beat that. Jamfrost fucked around with this message at 03:51 on Nov 5, 2013 |

There are some fantastic pubs out there, and there are not. I recommend friends for stability and pubs for that mixed bag feeling (bring patience). Some just don't listen to the host. I had one fail to disarm some C4 on a bus resulting in many bags of money exploding after clearly saying I'll be the one to handle the bags. So played a few rounds tonight as a Master/Ghost spec. I have no idea anyone can stand trying to do light armor builds. Dodge just isn't that amazing. It's so much more risky for such little benefit. I was forced into cover more often and my team mates got downed more frequently as well since there were so many more cops as opposed to when I just gun them all down with the .308/Loco. I've yet find a build that can compete with the killing power of Enfocer/Tech. Here's what I'm running now. http://goo.gl/m5u1Cz It's a great time for cop killin'.

I've yet find a build that can compete with the killing power of Enfocer/Tech. I use max dodge as an Enforcer. I'm constantly running for the 25% dodge bonus. I use the suit and have 60% dodge while sprinting. A Mastermind specialist can use an extremely powerful Bronco, special marking, Tech headshot bonus, and the M308 to great effect. I use the Reinfeld and a Mac10 with an Aced Overkill and Run and Shoot from Aced Iron Man which greatly benefits from max speed sprinting. I used to be a Techforcer before deciding on becoming an Enforcer specialist. ICTV without the Bulletproof really doesn't feel too great ever since they removed dodge for it. It encourages a lot of kill-and-take-cover gameplay, while the Suit encourages "WHEEEEEEEE!" run and gunning. Some speedsters prefer the Sawed-Off Mosconi to wipe groups before darting away to kill something else. I'm just an Enforcer in a suit.

Only ICTV users need Ghost Tier 4 bonus anyway.
